1. Returns

  • As flowers are perishable items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
  • However, if you receive damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality products, please contact us immediately.

2.  Issues with Order

  • Any issues must be reported within 5 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photos of the product along with your order details for verification.

3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged or wilted flowers upon arrival
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing items from the order

4. Refund Options

  • Replacement of the product (preferred)
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Refund to original payment method (if applicable)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Minor variations in flowers or packaging due to seasonal availability
  • Change of mind after order dispatch

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placing them.
  • Same-day or already dispatched orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
