- As flowers are perishable items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
- However, if you receive damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality products, please contact us immediately.
2. Issues with Order
- Any issues must be reported within 5 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the product along with your order details for verification.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged or wilted flowers upon arrival
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing items from the order
4. Refund Options
- Replacement of the product (preferred)
- Store credit for future purchases
- Refund to original payment method (if applicable)
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
- Minor variations in flowers or packaging due to seasonal availability
- Change of mind after order dispatch
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placing them.
- Same-day or already dispatched orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
